MRROTA is currently the worlds fastest 1/4 chassis R100 with his recent 7.65 second pass. Johnny is also proudly ranked # 6 in the Australian Top MPH rankings with a top speed of 178 MPH.
We race our 13B Turbo 1/4 chassis 1969 Mazda R100 in the Group 2 Super Compact Class under ANDRA (Australian National Drag Racing Association) and SPG (Sport Compact Group) rules using all OEM parts. The class is a popular power crazy class that covers sedan based vehicles, or factory derivatives, using small capacity EFi six, four or rotary engines. This is also based on indexed and handicap starts. Competitors will run into the mid-six seconds with speeds of over 210mph (355kph).
This particular class of racing attracts allot of attention and is extremely popular in Australia, New Zealand and Puerto Rico.

Burnout competitions have become a very popular motorsport over the years. Its not only about making smoke... contestants are judged on a variety of different things including showmanship, presentation of the car, use of the pad and of course driver skill.
Prize money for these competitions is always huge and each event pulls massive crowds who cant get enough of the smell and smoke!
The pinnacle of the sport is 'The Burnout Masters' and you need to win a ticket (from events that are held throughout the year) to even be invited to compete.
"If you love the high octane, adrenaline charged sport of burnouts, you're in the right place! The Burnout Masters was started in 2004 as a way of recognising the best performers from Summernats. Since then it has become the most hotly contested burnout competition on the planet with competitors from Australia and around the world vying for the opportunity to secure their spot in an elite group of motorsport performers known as Burnout Masters" - Summernats
JC Racing has been involved with the burnout scene for many years with our support of some major cars and a Burnout Master (CUTSIK). Whist with JC Racing, CUTSIK placed 1st in two comps, 2nd in six comps and 3rd at Summernats 27 - all in the same year. It was considered the most reliable burnout car in the scene.
This year we have taken on our own Pro Burnout Blown LS Mazda Ute known as HELYEA. For regular updates stay tuned to our Facebook page..
JC Racing has so many circuit racers there is no space to list them all...! Most of our customers race in Improved Production class which is one of the fastest growing categories of circuit racing in Australia.
"Improved Production cars are defined as 'commercially available touring cars' and are allowed a reasonable level of modification to allow both the racer and the designer room to create an exciting form of race car. Improved Production Racing have clubs in each state which are affiliated members of CAMS, thereby enabling the club and members of entry to CAMS sanctioned motor sport activities." - CAMS
As a motorsport discipline, professional drifting competitions are judged according to the speed, angle and line taken through a corner or set of corners. Drifting is a driving technique where the driver intentionally oversteers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels, while maintaining control from entry to exit of a corner.
Another fun feature of this motorsport is the 'wet pan' where drifting is practiced on a wet course offering the chance to test you and your car..
